Clef nite and Nneka on Stage

Clef nite and Nneka went in so deep on the acoustic version of her "Camouflage" song on stage in New York City. The deep emotional tune left the audience mumbling without words and the venue filled with the re sound of her deep lyrics. It was really a night to remember. 

Clef nite's Style

AFROHIGHLIFE
AfroHighlife, the unique style of music created by Clef nite is an improved popular West African genre of music known as Highlife now remodified. He has sucessfully made a popular demand on this style of music which takes a shape from the buildups from some essential characteristics from different genres of music and more of some rhythmic patterns from East Africa. This style of music showcases some creative acoustic guitar patterns and some unexpected syncopation in most areas of the songs. This style of music has no definite form of existence, that means it might not take the buildup a regular song i.e. Intro-Verse/Chorus--Chrous/Verse--Verse/Chrous--Bridge-Climax
This style of music also features many style of traditional drumming of any kind. And in summary, we could see this as a contemporary approach to a new era of African Music elaborated

Meet Clef

Clef nite is a wonderfully talented Nigerian born US based recording artist/music producer. Spent most of his growing time in Nigeria, studied music in school. His quest and love for fusing the art of playing the classical guitar with his traditional style of music did lead him into breaking the jinx by finding and exploring his own invented unique style of music which he gave the name AfroHighlife.

Clef nite has worked with several African renowed artists like Nneka, P Square, Siji, Bolade, Kefee and Ruggedman and has also performed round the US and on different concert round the world with these acts. Adding to this, here in the US he has worked with a lot of promising upcoming acts and abroad.Clef nite is definitely the new thing that has happened to creative music.
